1. Take the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY to EXIT 70.

2. Take a RIGHT off EXIT 70 onto ROUTE 111 SOUTH (drive approximately 4 miles).

3. Route  111  ends,  bear  left  onto ROUTE 27  East  (drive 'approximately 14 miles).

4. Road will merge into one lane (drive approximately 4 miles).

5. At intersection of Mobil Station on near left,  Gulf Station on right and 7 Eleven on far right, bear right onto NORTH SEA ROAD (drive approximately 8/10 mile-past three traffic lights).

6. You are now in downtown SOUTHAMPTON VILLAGE. Saks Fifth Avenue is on near left at third light.

7. Continue straight onto MAIN STREET, through next traffic light (approximately 2/10 mile).  The Road becomes SOUTH MAIN STREET (go 7/10 mile).

8. At STOP SIGN take RIGHT onto GIN LANE and continue (around left/right curve) to red DUNE CHURCH (5/10 mile ahead on left).

 The letter should include the following information:
 

•  The Bride and Groom's name, mailing address, telephone numbers (home and work, including fax numbers, if available).  Include email address(es) if possible.

 
•  The Requested Date and Time of Ceremony and Rehearsal.

 
•  The Name of the Minister (although this can be provided later).

 
•  The Bride and/or the Groom should sign the "Letter of Request".

 
•  To expedite the request, the letter may be faxed (fax number listed above and below)

 
•  The letter may also be sent via "email".  However, the date will only be "tentatively" reserved until the “written,” request is received.

 
•  When the "Letter of Request" is received, the Bride and/or Groom will be contacted (by telephone or email) to notify them whether their preferred date and time for their Wedding and Rehearsal are available.

 
•  If the dates are available, a "Letter of Confirmation" will be mailed to the Bride and/or Groom confirming their reservation.

 
•  The "Letter of Confirmation" will list the names and telephone numbers of the key individuals the Bride/Groom must contact to coordinate all arrangements for their wedding.  It will also include a list of fees and the due dates. (Refer to information below).

 
•  All appointments to meet with the Sexton and the Organist are to be scheduled by contacting them directly (all information provided below).

 
•  Please note the following:

 
•  Requests for use of the St. Andrew's Dune Church for weddings are confirmed on first come first served basis.

 
• Weddings are scheduled after 12:30pm only.

 
• The Church does not have control over parking.  Parking could be a problem for weddings scheduled before 4:30pm could encounter some difficulty.
